With Inora's customization service, you can reduce the CO2 emissions of the entire construction chain and, in particular, the production costs at the precast plant.
The options are fully customized or semi-customized insulation.
Customization is better than recycling!
In our full customization service, the insulation boards are:

Drawn at Inora into layout plans based on the slab drawings.

Cut at Inora to the correct dimensions and shapes, including all openings, bevels, and grooves.

Numbered at Inora according to the layout plans and packed in the production order of the casting tables or beds.

At the precast plant, the dimensionally accurate boards are laid into place according to the numbering on the layout plans provided by Inora.
This means there is no cutting during the production of the elements, and no waste that needs to be recycled or, in the worst case, classified as industrial waste.
There are no transport costs for waste either, as we recycle the offcuts back into the process immediately at Inora.
The picture shows a residential apartment building in Konala, Helsinki, to be completed in 2025, for which Inora manufactured customized hollow-core slab insulation.
Insulation for the semi-customized service

Manufactured to ordered dimensions: length, width, and thickness.

The boards can be grooved and/or tongued as needed.
Our agile, flexible, and skilled production process is fast, and the order quantity is tailored to the needs of the project.
You get the best benefit from semi-customization by defining a couple of board types that we can stock for immediate delivery. These two or three board dimensions, suitable for the reinforcement and thickness, usually cover most needs.
