Inora Docks

The wooden parts of an Inora dock are popular due to their sturdy structure and practicality.

The wooden parts are made of brown pressure-treated wood designed for even tough conditions. The pontoons withstand demanding Finnish weather conditions well.

The Inora ramp, access bridges, end section, and wide dock can all fit into a trailer along with the Inora pontoons. The wooden parts are joined with pre-installed fastening irons at the factory. You can see different complete packages in the
Inora Dock Packages section.

Water Act, Section 5

Placing a structure on another's water area

A shoreline owner or holder has the right, for their private use, to place a mooring pile or buoy in the water in front of their shoreline, or to build a dock, boathouse, or other comparable structure extending from their shoreline onto another's water area, even if they are not the owner or shareholder of the water area. This right is contingent on the construction or use of the structure not requiring a permit under Chapter 3, Section 2 or 3, and that it can be done without causing harm or significant detriment to the water area owner.

Additionally, there may be regulations regarding the construction of a dock, its length, or its surface area in the municipal building code or in a valid plan for the area (for example, a town plan, shoreline town plan, or shoreline master plan).
